Yes this is a solution.

A way you can figure this out is by plugging in (-1, -1) to their corresponding values in both equations. The first -1 would replace all x values. The second -1 would replace all Y values.

After simplifying the first equation gives
-1 >= -4 + 3
-1 >= -1 TRUE

The second equations gives

-1 - (-2) >= 1
1 >= 1 TRUE
