Answer: five times two times four plus three plus four

Explanation:

5[2(4) + 3 +4]

whenever you have a number next to a bracket, like [ or ( ,it always means multiply. So thats how i know 5[2(4) means "five times two times four" as a verbal expression. The last part is "3+4" which translates to "three plus four"
