Just calculate how many hours the person worked, and multiply that by 11. They worked 8 hours, so they get $88. If you're counting the 15 minutes the person worked too, divide 11 by 4 (there are four 15 minute segments in an hour) which is 2.75. They worked 15 minutes over an hour twice so you just add $5.50 to $88, which is $93.50.
