5) I think the wrong image is attached, but a point would just be a dot, a line would have one dot then an arrow on the other end, an angle would be 2 lines connected with an emphasis on what's going on in between the 2 lines, a line segment is 2 dots on both ends of a line.

Explanation:

For the distance between 2 points, do (x2-x1)^2+(y2-y1)^2 then take the square root of that.

For naming a plane, as long as it is an uppercase cursive letter it is a plane.

Rays are lines without the dot on the end.

Collinear points are points that lie on the same line.

Midpoint method is finding the average between the x coordinates then the y coordinates, so think (x1+x2)/2, (y1+y2)/2, but this can be confusing with negative distances, so just think of it as on a number line, from -1 to -3 they are 4 apart, so the average between them is -2.
