Answer:

answer is "c" - 12

Explanation:

apples = 3x ( 3 of x )

orange = 4x (4 of x)

if 3x = 9

x= 9/3= 3

then 4x = 4(3)= 12!!

There may be other ways to solve this but this is one I guess : )
