Answer:

The length of the sides are;

2.3, 2.3 and 1

Explanation:

If the equal sides are 3x-0.4 and x + 1.4

This means these two are equal to one another

Thus;

3x-0.4 = x + 1.4

3x-x = 1.4 + 0.4

2x = 1.8

x = 1.8/2

x = 0.9

So the length of the sides are as follows;

3x - 0.4

3(0.9)-0.4 = 2.3

x + 1.4

= 0.9 + 1.4 = 2.3

And lastly

x + 0.1

0.9 + 0.1 = 1
