First, what I did was to subtract the 2y to the other side to leave x by itself “x=-1-2y

Now that we have what is x, we can plug our x into the equation above, which is going to look like this 2(-1-2y)+3y=0, then we can start doing some math to get that the value of y=-2.

Once we know the exact value of y, we just plug that into the second equation x+2(-2)=0, then you have to do the math to find that x=3

So the answer is (3,-2)
