So I think that that the plain Indians wait until the buffalo to produce more buffalo's and wait until the small buffaloes grow up to produce and then they hunt them. So that the population would not have a problem. While, the white Americans they just hunt both adult and young buffalo's. So the white Americans population would not be gaining but damaging the population.
