The importance of diverse leadership from all segments of the community, especially girls and women, would be that an abundance of knowledge and trust is gained. Why? Well, more diverse leadership generates ideas and claims more efficiently and accurately than to just use one gender or race. Diverse leadership is also significant because it provides varying perspectives of things that may seem to have only a single answer. Additionally, a new way of thinking is given out when leadership is diverse. Not only this, but diverse leadership also increases productivity, work ethics, and the ability to solve problems in a quicker manner. Diverse leadership often is important for women and girls because they are excluded a lot in fields that they perform greatly in. This exclusion decreases problem solving skills and work ethics as a whole.
