Explanation:

For a table to be linear, you can look at the y and x. The equation for slope if ∆y/∆x. Basically, look at the change in y over the change in x. In the last equation, the rule for y cotinues to be -2. X changes as +1. This is a pattern that continues. If you put the y/x, the slope would be -2.

Also, if you look at the other equations, there is no rule. Therefore, the answer is D.
