Answer:

n ≤ 6

Explanation:

first you'd add 3 to both sides to get 4n by itself. addition cancels subtraction. remember whatever you do to one side, you must do to the other

4n ≤ 24

then you must divide by 4, to cancel out the multiplication to get n by itself.

n ≤ 6

so anything less than 6 or equal to 6 will make the inequality true
