then from that point rise 1 time to should get you to 2 on the horizontal axis, run 5 times to get to 7, and keep doing that. opposing that rise over run but with negatives when going from the other side of the graph

Answer: If you can see with this Image I created, the Y Intercept (3) is dotted on the line. You move one up, and move five units to the right. You keep on doing this until you can make a line (Which I did).
