(4.2 *7) - 10.4 *2² + 2.9*3 - 6 = 29.4 - 10.4 ÷2² + 2.9*3 - 6 {Parenthesis}

= 29.4 - 10.4÷4 + 2.9*3 - 6 {Exponents}

= 29.4 - 2.6 + 2.9*3 - 6 {Division}
