You would find the GCf which is 60 so then you would do 5/6 times 60/6 and that gets you 12

10 inches of wire / 5/6 inch of wire = 10 / 5/6 = 10 * 6/5 = 60/5 = 12 hooks

So therefore Connor can make 12 hooks with 10 inches of wire.
