I am pretty sure the answer would be Option B.

Explanation:

If you look on the graph, Option B is the one that makes the most sense because it goes up by a ratio of 1:2 just like in the problem, 1 gift train + 2 trains per year.

Option A would not make sense because it goes up by the ratio of 1:3 and doesn't match up with the problem.
