m=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)

where m is the slope and so lets take any two points from the table to calculate the slope. Lets take,

(0 , 4) and (1 , 7) and lets plug it in the formula


m=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)\\\\m=(7-4)/(1-0)\\\\m=3

So the slope of the function is 3
