Explanation:

y=3x+10

x=1, y=3(1)+10=3+10=13

x=3, y=3(3)+10=9+10=19

x=5, y=3(5)+10=15+10=25

When x=1 y=13 when x=3 y=19 and when x=5 y=25 you just plug the numbers in for x and solve
