Alex has a collection of cards: 4 are black, 2 are blue, 3 are white, and 1 is brown. What is the probability that he will pick a black card twice without replacement?

There is a 40% chance each black. Add all cards and get 10. Each card is 10%. If there are 4 black cars that means there is a 40% chance.
