Draw a graph of y=3x-2. Using a scale of 2cm to 5units on both axes for values from x -2 to +2

What is the x-intercept
What is the y- intercept
Find the value of x when y= 5
Find the value of y when x= 0.5
pls pls ASAP

Function: y = 3x - 2

To find x-intercept, set [y = 0]:

\rightarrow \sf 3x - 2 = 0

\rightarrow \sf 3x = 2

\rightarrow \sf x = (2)/(3)

The x-intercept: (2/3, 0)

To find y-intercept, set [x = 0]

\rightarrow \sf y = 3(0) - 2

\rightarrow \sf y = - 2

The y-intercept: (0, -2)

When [y = 5], x is:

\rightarrow \sf 3x - 2 = 5

\rightarrow \sf 3x = 5 + 2

\rightarrow \sf 3x = 7

\rightarrow \sf x = (7)/(3)

\rightarrow \sf x = 2 (1)/(3)

Value of x is 2.33...

When [x = 0.5], y is

\rightarrow \sf y =3(0.5) - 2

\rightarrow \sf y =-0.5

Value of y is -0.5
