Answer: y = 5/6x - 2

Explanation:

Y =mx + b

Step 1 find slope also known as m:

Y2 - y1 / x2 - x1

3-(-7)/6-(-6) = 10/12 can be reduced to 5/6

Step 2 find b:

3 = 5/6 (6) + b

3 = 30/6 + b

3 = 5 + b

-5 - 5

-2 = b

Step 3 write equation:

Y = 5/6x - 2
