Hello!

$\large\boxed{\log_(7){((12m)/(n)})}$

Use the log properties to simplify:

log (a) + log (b) = log (a · b)

log (a) - log (b) = log (a ÷ b)

Therefore:

$log_(7)12 + log_(7)m - log_(7)n\\\\= log_(7)(12 * m / n}\\\\log_(7){((12m)/(n)})$
