In what phase during mitosis do the chromosomes move away and are pulled by spindles to opposite sides of the cell?​

in each cells there’s 46 chromosomes during mitosis two cells that have 46 chromosomes and together which makes 92 yet the human body can’t take it all so the whole cells divide and break down during mitosis where as meiosis only happens in our gametes which is sperm and egg cells
