y = 1/2x + 10

Explanation:

y = mx + b (slope intercept form equation)

-1/2x + y = 10

+1/2x +1/2x (What you do to one side must be due to the other)

y = 10 + 1/2x or y = 1/2x + 10 (use to commutative property to swap the terms)

y = 1/2x + 10 (therefore this is in slope intercept form)
