What is the best workout program for losing weight for big girls, not fat but not skinny???

Make sure you are getting cardio in 3-4 times a week... make sure you are eating 3 meals a day DO NOT starve yourself it causes so many issues... make sure you are eating nutricious food to fuel your body and I would check out pinterest and type in like beach body workouts or toning workouts...
