38.25 because both numbers are negative and a negative number times a negative number is a positive number.

Explanation:

When you multiply just forget about them being negative for a little, and move the decimal to the right until you have a integer (a whole number not a fraction/decimal). Than multiply it how you normally multiply, now that you have 3825 you have to add the number of spots you moved the decimals which is two one for the top one for the bottom, which is 2 places and then move the decimal 2 places to the left in our number which will make it 38.25. Both numbers are negative and a negative number times a negative number is a positive number. So yeah. :D
