Answer: L element has greater atomic number.

Step-by-step explanation:

The periodic table contains vertical columns called as groups and horizontal rows called as periods.

Period 3 contains 8 elements which are sodium, magnesium , aluminium , silicon , phosphorous , sulphur, chlorine and argon.

K element which belongs to group 13 is aluminium with atomic number of 13 . L element which belongs to group 15 is phosphorous with atomic number of 15.

Thus L element has greater atomic number.
