So, the related equation for boundary line is


x=-7

The shaded region is on the left side of the boundary line. it means, the value of x which are less than -7 are included in the solution set.

The boundary line is a solid line. It means -7 is also included in the solution set.

The value of x is less than or equal to -7. So, the inequality for shaded region is


x\leq -7

Therefore, the correct option is B.
