Given that,

Points are (0,6) an (-5,2).

To find,

The equation of line that passes through the given points.

Solution,

We have, x₁ = 0, x₂ = -5, y₁ = 6 and y₂ =2

The equation of line can be calculated as :

y-y_1=m(x-x_1)\\\\y-6=(2-6)/(-5-0)(x-0)\\\\y-6=(-4)/(-5)x\\\\y-6=(4)/(5)x\\\\5y-30=4x\\\\5y-4x=30

So, the required equation is 5y-4x=30.
