Component form : (-7 , 2)

Explanation:

P(4 , 5) = P'(4 +x , 5+y) = P'(-3 , 7)

4 + x = -3

x = -3 - 4

x = -7

5 + y = 7

y = 7 - 5

y = 2

Vector form : -7i + 2j

Component form : (-7 , 2)
