Given that,

Weight of a car, W = 12,000 N

It is parked on a 36° slope.

To find,

The acceleration of the car.

Solution,

Let m be the mass of the car. Using formula for weight of an object.

W = mg

m=(12000)/(9.8)\\\\=1224.48\ kg

Let a be the acceleration of the car. Using second law of motion as follows :

a=\frac{F_{\text{parallel}}}{m}\\\\=(F\sin\theta)/(m)\\\\=(12000* \sin(36))/(1224.48)\\\\=5.76\ m/s^2

So, the acceleration of the car is
5.76\ m/s^2.
