Describe one exercise you did that helps improve your striking and your reaction time skills (at least one of your exercises must qualify).

The exercises I did were walking and anaerobic workout routines (like sit ups, push ups, planks and stuff)

definitely volleyball !! i play and you have to focus on the ball and your teammates at the same time and you’re always on your feet , you have to stay in ready position and stay focused .

my reaction time and my reflexes are amazing cuz i play alot of soccer nad i thinks that's what helped me, not a exercise but thought this might help
