Answer : Two Bags of popcorn and three bags of cotton candy
Explanation: We can do this mentally by multiplying 2*3 and 3*2 which they both equal 6 then we add them to equal 12 have a nice day (:

2 bags of popcorn which brings you up to 6$, and an even number, than film the rest of the cash value with cotton candy (3 bags 6$)
