For this we have the hidrostatic equation:

\boxed{P = \rho gh}

Being:

P = Pressure

ρ = Density of liquid (water) = 1000 kg/m

g = Gravity = 9,81 m/s²

h = Height = 4 m

Replacing acording formula:

\boxed{P = 1000 \ kg/m ^(3) * 9,81 \ m/s^(2) * 4 \ m}

Resolving:

\boxed{P = 39240 \ Pa}

Result:

The pression at the bottom is 39240 Pa.
