Which set of ordered pairs represents a function ?

{ (-8,-4),(-8,-1),(4,5),(8,7)}
{ (0,-8),(-8,-8),(9,0),(-6,-6) }
{ (8,4),(8,-2),(-7,6),(5,2)}
{ (-1,2),(-5,-3),(-89),(-5,-8)}

2nd one {(0,-8),(-8,-8),(9,0),(-6,-6)}
why?because the x-values are not repeating & if you see the rest of them they are repeating so B/or the 2nd option is a function :)
