First do 5x - 2x and you get 3x.
Now the equation is -7 = 3x + 13.
Next do -7 - 13 and you get -20.
The final step is to do -20 divided by 3 and you get -20/3.
The answer is x = -20/3

The answer is X= -20/3 :)
Subtract 2x to both sides and subtract 13 from both sides
-20 = 3x
Divide 3 from both sides to isolate x
-20/3=x
