Answer: y= 4x-5

Use y1-y2/x1-x2 to find the slope

Use the points (0,-5) and (2,3)

-5-3/0-2

= -8/-2

= 4

Use y=mx+b where m is the slope and b is the y-intercept

So y=4x-5
