So lets make a ratio. 2:1 for the choclate to milk ratio. And so we know every 2 choclate scoops, for 1 milk, the choclate would be stronger. But in the second alternative which is 3:2, the choclate favor would be way less. Either way the original ratio (2:1) have to be less than the second one or the second ratio has to be greater than or equal to another like in this case 2:1 and 3:2, the 3:2 is less than the original which shows that the choclate flavor is less. final fraction for comparison would be 4/2 and 3/2. The original has to be less than the second one in order for the flavor to be stronger or the second one has to be greater than the original or equal.
