Why are there no quotation marks around a paraphrase?

A-because a paraphrase is integrated into you text,it does not require quotation marks or a citation.
B-the reader would find them distracting.
C- A paraphrase does not use the source’s exact words.
D-Quotation marks are only used for your most important sources.

When you use your own words to convey information from an original source, you are paraphrasing. While paraphrases do not require quotation marks, they do require citations. Be sure to change both the words and word order of the original source in order to avoid plagiarism.

That is the best answer to go with because you use quotations for if and when you use someone elses words and if you don't use quotation marks that is plagerizing.
