In order to get angle 3, you'll need to know the value of 4. Since the sum of angles 3 and 4 is 180 degrees, (We can know this because the line that has angle 3 and 4 marked, is a straight line)all we have to do in order to get the value of angle 3 is to subtract angle 4's value from 180.

So we solve for angle 4 first.

180-(45+47)= 180-(92)

=88

Angle 4 is 88 degrees now for angle 3.

180-88=92

Angle 3 is 92 degrees.
