↣ First we solve the Inequality.

4-3(2-x)<10+x

4-6+3x<10+x ↣ Distribute -3 in (2-x) for easier in solving.

3x-2<10+x\\3x-x<10+2\\2x<12\\x<6

Thus, the answer is x < 6.

↣ Therefore, the greatest possible Integer value of x is 5.
