You want to set up the formula which is Exact-Approximate/Exact.

So your set up should be 6.00-5.43/6.00. Subtract the top hich should get you 0.57 and then divide by 6.00.

In the end you should've gotten 0.095. You want to make sure you place the decimals i the right area, but just by looking at your quotient, you should have figured out that the answer's 9.50%.
