Lived mainly on the Great Plains, from southern Canada to the Gulf of New Mexico. Shared many of the same traits as the Folsom culture. Were hunter-gatherers, and lived in smaller areas but had a higher population than the Clovis or the Folsom. Developed the most advanced tools of the three cultures.
