0(x-4)

Explanation:

in my working system i mean just when i try on the place of 4 any number can be inserted

$5x-7=13x+17$,here both gives -22 as a result so

$6(x-4)$=6x-24 and to give the same result or 0

$6(x-4)$=0(x-any number )
