Given:

The number is
√(-11).

To find:

The a+bi form of given number.

Solution:

We have,

√(-11)

It can be written as

√(-11)=√(-1* 11)

√(-11)=√(-1)* √(11)
[\because √(ab)=√(a)√(b)]

√(-11)=i* √(11)
[\because √(-1)=i]

√(-11)=√(11)i

Here, real part is missing. So, it can be taken as 0.

√(-11)=0+√(11)i

So, a = 0 and
b=√(11).

Therefore, the a+bi form of given number is
0+√(11)i.
