(ABOUT ROMEO AND JULIET )PLEASE ANSWER AND MAKE IT A PARAGRAPH!! make it sappy if you have to haha

10. Were Romeo and Juliet really in love?

Romeo only first caught sight of Juliet about an hour or two before they decided to get married; they had only spoken for at most ten minutes. Was their love as Juliet said, “too rash, too unadvised, to sudden”? Can love at first sight be true love?

In the modern age, it depends on who the person is and how they feel, and basically what they believe in

Rather than love, what Romeo and Juliet felt for each other was infatuation. They were each other's first experience with this intense feeling, so much so that they felt they needed to end their lives due to the other's death. Love at first sight is a feeling of excitement, a rush. But it's not true love. The difference between the two is that though they have the same level of intensity, infatuation happens quickly and ends quickly compared to true love which develops slower but lasts longer.
