In the first problem, no matter how continuous the line goes, there will always be a output on the x value. No matter how the graph goes up or down, there will always be a number output there, so they both are All Real Numbers (any numbers can fit in this criteria)

In the second problem, the x outputs are all real numbers as well. If we imagine the parabola continuing after the graph, the x variables will slowly but surely have a point. However, the y has restrictions; there is no line or points under the x axis. We call this y
