Do you remember a moment when something regarding fractions fell into place for you and started making sense? How can you use that to help your students who may struggle with fractions? If you have always been okay with fractions, how will you use that to help your students who aren't?

You use fractions when you need to split something. For example, if you have a pizza that is cut into 8 slices and you need to share it with your group of 8 friends each friend can get 1/8 of the pizza. Anytime you share food think of it as fractions.
Hope that helps.
