Autocratic Government/Leadership:

  • Meaning - The leadership where a line of democracy exist between the people/followers and their leader, all the decisions is taken by the leader only.
  • Authority - Centrally or centralized
  • Control - Central or High level of control
  • Autonomy - Less autonomy
  • Suitability - Appropriate when the members or subordinates are unskilled, uneducated and obedient.

Democratic Government/Leadership:

  • Meaning - Democratic leadership alludes to a kind of leadership during which the leader shares higher cognitive process power and different responsibilities with the cluster members.
  • Authority - Shared or not Centralized
  • Control - Regional level or Central level but not at a high level
  • Autonomy - High autonomy
  • Suitability - Appropriate once team members square measure skilled, qualified and skilled.
