Dashiell is writing an essay with the following claim "the proposal to get rid of drama classes is the wrong choice for your school."

Which Statement should dashiell include in his essay to best anticipate and respond to a counterclaim to his argument?

A. Last year over 60 students participated in our Spring Drama production of fiddler on the roof, And this year our fall production promises to engage over 75 students in the dramatic arts.

B. Many students and Parents believe that drama classes offer very little education value to students and that the school should emphasize althletics and community service activities instead.

C. In the short term it may seem like cutting the drama program will only affect a few students but over the next 10 years the drama club will provide oppurtunities for more than a thousand students.

D. Because our school prides itself on creating a well rounded student body and place where all students have a chance to excel we must offer an outlet for those interested in the world of drama.
