Answer:

The sentence that is an opinion is:

A. Mathew Brady was wise to advise other teens to turn down their iPods.

Step-by-step explanation:

While a fact is a statement that can be proven to be true or not, an opinion is subjective, and cannot be proven. If I say, for instance, that a certain car is a station wagon, that can easily be seen and proven to be either true or false. However, if I state that a certain car is beautiful, there will be no way of proving it. That is how I feel, my opinion. Other people may look at the same car and say the opposite.

Having that in mind, we can easily choose letter A as the option that expresses an opinion. When the author uses the adjective "wise", he/she is stating what he thinks and feels about Brady's advice. Other people may very well disagree and say that the advice was not wise at all. On the other hand, the other options do not express opinions. Just to make things clear, option B does use the adjective "young" to refer to people who used Walkmans in the 1980s, but that is not what the author thinks; it is what he/she knows. It can be easily proven that people belonging to a certain age range were the ones who used the Walkmans.
